Admissions, Trials and Court Experience

I am licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.

I have participated in litigation in all Northern District of Ohio federal trial courts, as well as in the bankruptcy courts located in the Northern District of Ohio. I am licensed to or have gained admission to practice in United States Sixth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals, as well as in Federal District Courts in Illinois, Michigan, Arizona, Florida, Indiana and Tennessee - I have also argued appellate cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

I have also appeared in most of Ohio's 88 state common pleas courts (with the largest percentage of my litigation time spent in Cuyahoga, Summit, Stark, Lorain, Medina, Lake, Holmes and Wayne County courts). I have appeared in a significant number of Ohio's appellate courts as well.

Further, I have handled cases in and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC), the Federal Department of Labor, the Federal Department of Justice, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Ohio Industrial Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services and a variety of other state and federal agencies and agency tribunals.
